Enhanced Session Mode (User) and Enhanced Session Mode Policy (Server) are activated under the Hyper-V Settings. I have also tried to deactivate the RemoteFX setting -> no changes. Guest services are activated -> no changes. As far as I have learned Ubuntu 18.04 LTS should already support the enhanced session mode .

and enhanced session didn’t work. I uninstalled xorgxrdp, xrdp and removed configuration, then used your script and it didn’t work either. I made sure that configuration is correct. Xrdp verssion installed was 0.9.12. Of course i enabled enhanced session on hyperv . Older scripts worked for me with ubuntu 18.04 and 19.10 optimized images.
